Not to worry, we’ve got you covered with our Gift Card option. You can choose to have the Gift Card beautifully wrapped and hand delivered Nationwide, or you can choose to have a GC emailed. That way the recipient gets to decided on the style they like and the correct sizing

The best would be to call us on 021 418 5348, or send a mail to info@lulubell.co.za with the changed details. Unfortunately, if the order has already left our premises, we may need to charge a handling fee to reroute.

Contact us a day before delivery and we can change the message on the card. Perhaps do double-check your message though to avoid having to do this.
If you request a time of delivery in the special notes section, we will endeavor to delivery as close to that as possible. Please note though that unforeseen things do happen and we are not able to control the traffic, we therefore state delivery times between 10am and 5pm weekdays.

If you are concerned that this may happen, please supply an alternate contact person in the special notes section that we may ask to sign receipt of the gift.

In order to do this, please contact us for our banking details on 021 418 5348, or send a mail to info@lulubell.co.za, once you have made payment either mail or fax us on 021 418 5295 with proof of payment, and we will arrange delivery of your gift.
